Welcome and Willkommen!
GSB is dedicated to making bilingual education attainable to all Brooklyn Families. GSB enrolls students without prior knowledge of German. We currently offer education for Lower (K-5) and Middle School (6-8). High School is in development and set to open in 2021 at the new GSB school building, located at 116 Rogers Avenue in Crown Heights.

Open House season has begun! Now is the time to join one of our Zoom sessions and learn about GSB's unique offerings. GSB is open to non-German speakers. Open House events available for Lower and Middle school. GSB is re-opening for in-person learning at 40 Brevoort Place in Clinton Hill/Bedford-Stuyvesant on November 2nd. GSB is accepting admissions
You can apply for GSB right now! We offer fast track language programs for students who require support in either German or English. The 2021/22 Kindergarten class is filling up fast; remaining spots are filled on a first come, first served basis. Student interviews are required for all that are applying for grades K-9. Few spots available for the current year.

Latest: GSB is open for in-person and hybrid learning at the new location at 40 Brevoort Place in Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy (formerly the Coop School).
In-person learning 5 days a week: grades K-2 & 7-8
Blended learning for grades 3-6
