GSB has an interim building at 40 Brevoort Place

A lot of you know that GSB has acquired property in Crown Heights. The lot on the corner of Rogers Ave/Prospect Place is busy with ongoing demolition work, the future GSB Middle and High School is set to open in 2021. Meanwhile GSB’s current grades are moving out of our old home within the Union Temple at 17 Eastern Parkway to 40 Brevoort Place in Clinton Hill/Bed Stuy. The location is formerly known as the Coop School. It’s within a ten minute walk of the future school and easily accessible through the Franklin Ave subway stop. The location offers a rooftop playground, spacious classrooms and infrastructure that us supportive of the Covid safety measures outlined in the GSB re-opening plan. We are excited to start in-person learning on November 2nd.
